THE BEST TIME TO MEDITATE

Between the hours of 4 am and 6:30 am is 40X more powerful than any other time of the day; second most powerful time is 4 pm to 6:30 pm. It’s based on the angle of the sun to the earth.

HOW LONG DO I MEDITATE?

In 3 minutes, you affect your circulation and blood chemistry

In 11 minutes the pituitary gland and the nerves start to change

In 22 minutes your three minds (negative, positive, and neutral) start to work together so your mental integration changes

31 minutes affects your whole mind and your aura are balanced


THE POWER OF EVERY DAY

40 Days: Practice every day for 40 days straight, and you’ll break negative habits

90 Days: Practice every day for 90 days straight you you’ll establish the new habit in your conscious and subconscious mind.

120 Days: Practice every day for 120 days straight and you will confirm the new habit

1000 Days: Practice every day for 1000 days straight and you will master the new habit

BREATH OF FIRE  Practice this breath for 3 minutes a day. This is a powerful breath in and out of the nose. Close the mouth and eyes. Focus on the nose inhaling and exhaling equal lengths. The belly will pump naturally, do not force it. Start for 1 minute, and work up to 3 minutes. Start slow, find your own rhythm and pace. It’s a powerful way to start your day or transform your mood anytime during your day. It synchronizes your body’s natural rhythms, strengthens the nervous system so you can handle stress and increases oxygen delivery to the brain giving you energy and the ability to focus. (Ladies, do not practice this on the first three days of your cycle, or if you are pregnant.)
