Is there some area of your work or your life that you’d like to see a different result? Or do you have a challenge that you are facing where you can’t seem to figure out the next best step? Or maybe you need to hit the re-fresh button for a clearer outlook?

 

All you need to turnaround any situation is to infuse it with FRESH ENERGY. Where can you call in a fresh breeze or wind gust for a better experience and a positive result?

 

Try these tools to turn-around your challenging situation.

 

  1. Bring in more energy from the outside. Do you need to ask for help, do you need a pal to help brainstorm a few quick solutions or do you need a well thought-out plan? Or do you need to block off energy from others and go for a walk to clear your mind?
     
  2. Bring in more mental energy. Repeat to yourself, “There is a way through every block.” Because there is. Shift your energy with this mantra and give yourself momentum to overcome doubt. With every blink of your eye, you generate 1000 thoughts. Give yourself the energy to be able to pinpoint the best thought to help you get through the situation, and drop the other 999 into oblivion.
     
  3. Bring in more visual energy. Flip the situation around and view it from multiple perspectives. What is your perspective? If there are others involved, what is their perspective? What would an outsider’s perspective look like? If you could fast forward a month from now, a year from now or 10 years from now, what would your older and wiser self say? If you couldn’t fail, look bad or be wrong, how would you move through this block?
     
  4. Bring in your heart energy and that of your wisest self. Check your intuition by moving from your head to your heart. A good way to do this is to say these statements out-loud and fill in the blanks with whatever first comes to your mind (and then to your heart):

 

My head says to _____________.

My head says to_____________.

My head says to_____________.

(Take a few deep breaths, then ask)

 

My heart says to_____________.

My heart says to_____________.

My heart says to_____________.
